                        Chief Operations Officer 

Mr. Parag Nandkishor KALE has over 16 years of industrial experience and a skill set that makes him a great fit for the Chief Operations Officer (COO) position at RISURANCE. He has a solid background in project management, strong leadership qualities, experience overseeing various aspects of operations, contract management and administration, strategic planning and business development, technical expertise, and international experience. Overall, his combination of skills and experience makes him a strong candidate for the COO position at RISURANCE.

 Ms. Neetha Sharli Anil COELHO is an excellent candidate for the role of Chief Communications Officer (CCO) at RISURANCE.
